Jumbo Cord U-Shape Sofa - Where Modern Lines Meet Family Comfort - Modular Sofa for 6-7 People with Memory Foam

Product Highlights

• Structured jumbo cord with tailored full-back cushions: A clean modern shape that's still cosy to sit on. Thick-ribbed cord fabric, foam-filled full-back cushions, solid birch wood frame — built for everyday family use.
• Will it fit through your door? Yes — this U-shape modular sofa ships in 3 pieces and needs only 70cm minimum doorway clearance per piece. Footprint dimensions: 164cm x 300cm x 164cm (side to side); both depth and overall height are 90cm.
• Tailored high-density memory foam seats and structured full-back cushions: Cord fabric over foam-filled full-back cushions that hold their shape. This is the U-shape that supports the whole family while keeping its clean lines.
• Easy to set up, easy to clean — built for everyday family use: 3 modular pieces clip together in under an hour, no tools or Allen keys needed. Cushion covers unzip for the washing machine (spills, mud, pet hair); wipe the cord with a damp cloth.
• Supports up to 400kg — built for full-family seating, not just couples: Solid birch wood frame with anti-sag construction holds shape across years of use. UK manufactured to meet fire safety standards and the everyday demands of family life.

Product Overview

Product description The big sofa where modern lines meet family comfort. The SofaSelection Jumbo Cord U-Shape Sofa with Tailored Full Back Cushions seats 6-7 people in supportive, structured seating — with cushions that hold their shape and a UK-built frame that supports up to 400kg of full-family use. Made by SofaSelection in our UK workshop, this large u shaped sofa is built for the kind of modern living room that hosts everything — busy weeknights, weekend gatherings, formal evenings with friends. We test every frame for full-family load, not couple-weight, so the lines stay clean even after years of real use. It's the kind of u-shape sofa that anchors a contemporary lounge without making it feel rigid — built for everyday use but polished enough for hosting dinner parties or quieter weekend evenings. The modular sectional layout works in open-plan rooms, formal lounges, and large open spaces alike. This Full Back configuration is the structured choice — upright back cushions with a 90cm overall height that hold shape over years. For a relaxed, sink-in cosy feel with plump scatter backs, see the Scatter Back variant (75cm overall height). If you want the U-shape sofa to convert into a flat sleeping surface for guests, add the Large Footstool variant — it fits inside the U-shape footprint to create a sofa bed. BEST FOR: Modern UK homes, design-conscious buyers, hosts who want a polished sofa that still seats everyone, anyone furnishing an open-plan or contemporary lounge. NOT IDEAL FOR: Buyers wanting deep sink-in relaxation (see the Scatter Back variant), rooms with under 300cm of clear wall space, or anyone preferring a smaller 2-3 seater layout. Add this Full Back U-Shape Sofa to your basket and bring structured comfort to the heart of your lounge. Safety Warning All foam and upholstered surfaces meet flammability standards. Keep away from open flames or high heat sources. Supervise children and pets to avoid entrapment risks.
