- Orders of £49.00 and Over: Free Tracked Delivery (£0.00) on all UK orders where the product subtotal reaches or exceeds £49.00.
- Orders Under £49.00: Standard Tracked Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10.00.
- Delivery Coverage: We deliver throughout the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland (including the Scottish Highlands), Wales, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands. There are no excluded postcodes. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
2. Order Processing, Handling and Transit Times

When your parcel leaves our dispatch facility, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing the carrier name, tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Each parcel also includes a packing slip and a pre-printed, prepaid return shipping label inside the box.
Our tracked delivery services are provided by Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce or Evri. The carrier is selected according to parcel weight, length (such as cue tubes or golf frame poles) and delivery destination.

1. Return Window and Statutory Rights
Our voluntary return policy allows eligible items to be returned within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery for a refund, subject to the applicable conditions stated in this policy.
This voluntary policy is separate from your statutory cancellation rights (including your 14-day cooling-off rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and your rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 2. Condition of Returned Items (Sports Apparatus Hygiene & Inspection Guidelines)
For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, apparatus, rackets, gloves, nets and accessories should be returned in brand-new, unused, clean and complete condition, in their original protective packaging with all tags, storage carry bags, joint protectors, and manuals included:
- Unused Sports Hygiene Standards: Wearable and grip items (such as boxing gloves, hand wraps, resistance bands, and badminton grip tapes) must be completely unworn, clean, and free from sweat, skin oils, body odours, or cosmetic stains.
- Equipment & Netting Condition: Golf practice nets and badminton nets must not have been set up on muddy outdoor turf, spiked with dirty ground pegs, or struck with real golf balls resulting in turf dirt or netting fraying. Pool cues must remain straight, clean, and free from tip chalk stains, blue shaft burnishing, or sanding.
- Reasonable Inspection Allowed: In accordance with UK consumer law, you may open the outer box indoors to inspect the weight, balance, finish, and dimensions of your apparatus to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would examine sporting goods in a shop. Where applicable law permits, we may make a proportionate deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
These condition requirements do not override statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, damage or items that do not match their description.
3. Return Costs and Fees
Return shipping is free (£0.00) for eligible returns using the prepaid return label supplied with your order. If the original label is unavailable, contact our customer support team for a replacement PDF label at no cost.
We do not charge restocking, administration or return postage fees for eligible returns. Any deduction for a reduction in value will only be made where permitted by applicable law.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your sports equipment arrives damaged in transit (such as a split cue, bent net frame pole, or ripped net mesh), defective, or incorrect, please contact support@aylmersport.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the damage or issue before using the item.
