- Delivery Coverage: We deliver throughout the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland (including the Scottish Highlands), Wales, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands. There are no excluded postcodes. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, apparatus, rackets, gloves, nets and accessories should be returned in brand-new, unused, clean and complete condition, in their original protective packaging with all tags, storage carry bags, joint protectors, and manuals included:
- Unused Sports Hygiene Standards: Wearable and grip items (such as boxing gloves, hand wraps, resistance bands, and badminton grip tapes) must be completely unworn, clean, and free from sweat, skin oils, body odours, or cosmetic stains.
- Equipment & Netting Condition: Golf practice nets and badminton nets must not have been set up on muddy outdoor turf, spiked with dirty ground pegs, or struck with real golf balls resulting in turf dirt or netting fraying. Pool cues must remain straight, clean, and free from tip chalk stains, blue shaft burnishing, or sanding.
- Reasonable Inspection Allowed: In accordance with UK consumer law, you may open the outer box indoors to inspect the weight, balance, finish, and dimensions of your apparatus to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would examine sporting goods in a shop. Where applicable law permits, we may make a proportionate deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
These condition requirements do not override statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, damage or items that do not match their description.
